Part-time Nurse Practitioner for In-home Visits (Flexible + Some Benefits)

Job Description

We are seeking part-time, board-certified nurse practitioners to conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members in New York State. This role offers flexible scheduling, allowing clinicians to manage personal and clinical commitments while earning competitive pay starting at $80 per hour. Responsibilities include conducting health assessments, reviewing medical histories, and identifying barriers to care without prescribing medications or altering treatment plans.

• Flexible hours with shifts available Monday to Sunday (no nights/weekends required).
• Potential for increased per-visit rates and additional compensation through a pay-per-test model.
• Eligibility for benefits such as dental and vision insurance and 401K matching after one year.
• Must hold a New York Nurse Practitioner License and be willing to relocate to Onondaga County.
