Position: Resource Nurse
Location: Allegheny General Hospital
Status: Full Time, 72 hours bi-weekly with rotating weekends and holidays
Department: Hospital Operations

Overview: The Resource Nurse provides clinical oversight and expertise across all patient units, ensuring safe and skilled patient care. This role involves leadership, collaboration, and education within the nursing staff, enhancing communication and optimizing patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • BSN required
  • Current PA RN licensure or multi-state licensure
  • 3 years of recent ICU RN experience
  • BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Clearance certificates (Act 34, Act 33, Act 73)
  • Preferred: CCRN certification

    • Compliance: Adherence to ethical standards, HIPAA regulations, and company policies is mandatory.
