Job Description
> REF:#bbbeff3b44f5d6abGeneral Description: Provide mental health treatment, psychotherapy, case management, and treatment planning for youth and families receiving intensive community services.
Essential Job Functions:
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and deliver individual, family, and group treatment.
- Provide outreach treatment in clients’ homes and subcontractor facilities.
- Maintain client records and complete necessary paperwork promptly.
- Coordinate treatment with collateral agents and subcontractors.
- Offer consultation to community agencies and subcontractors.
- Implement Wraparound care planning for youth and families.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or counseling; LCSW, LICSW, or LMHC preferred.
- Required licensure within 6 months of eligibility.
- Experience in mental health/substance abuse counseling.
- Knowledge of community resources.
Skills:
- Excellent oral and presentation skills.
- Leadership and delegation abilities.
- Proficient in computer use.
- Ability to work in an interdisciplinary team.
