RN / Registered Nurse On-Call

Job Description

We are seeking a Weeknight RN On-Call (Monday PM-Friday AM) to join our hospice team. In this role, you will provide direct patient care and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to enhance the care experience for patients and their families. Responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and initiating care plans
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
• Communicating with physicians and participating in team meetings
• Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

Qualifications include a nursing degree, current state licensure, and at least 1 year of nursing experience (3+ years preferred). Experience in hospice care is a plus. We offer comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and retirement plans.
