Job Description

This nursing position involves performing individualized age-specific assessments, prioritizing data, and reporting findings to healthcare personnel. Key responsibilities include:

• Formulating and initiating personalized care plans based on assessments.
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to implement interventions and treatments.
• Providing patient and family education tailored to individual needs.
• Documenting assessments, interventions, and patient progress.
• Initiating emergency measures as needed and participating in mandatory training.
• Supervising staff and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Engaging in quality improvement activities and maintaining effective communication with patients and staff.

Experience: Preferred 1 year of clinical nursing experience. Required: BLS, ACLS, and Registered Nurse license.
