Job Description

Dr. Walter Felton, a dentist with over 35 years of experience in Richmond, Virginia, seeks a dental hygienist to join his practice, which offers a wide range of comprehensive dental services in a celebratory environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform licensed hygiene procedures and manage the nonsurgical periodontal program.
• Establish patient care relationships and educate patients on oral health.
• Conduct clinical hygiene functions, including x-rays, blood pressure recording, and prophylaxis.
• Perform sealant placement, Arestin, and fluoride treatments as needed.

Qualifications:

• Dental hygiene certification and current hygiene license.
• Annual training in OSHA, HIPAA, BLS, and infection control.
• Experience with dental software.
