**Summary:** The Behavioral Health Consultant will provide integrated outpatient behavioral health services, including individual and group counseling, under the supervision of the Behavioral Health Program Director. The role requires a Master’s degree in Human Services, Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work, along with an active LCSW license in Virginia. Key competencies include crisis intervention, case management, and effective communication skills. The consultant will also collaborate with partner agencies, maintain patient records, and ensure confidentiality. This full-time position offers a salary range of $45,000 – $65,000, with benefits including health insurance and paid time off. Relocation to Danville, VA is required.
