Job Summary: A Newly Licensed Registered Nurse (NLRN) position is available, offering a sign-on bonus of up to $15,000 and a pay range of $35 – $50.03 per hour. The NLRN will provide high-quality nursing care using a holistic approach, focusing on patient wellness across various domains. Candidates must have graduated from an accredited nursing program and passed the state board examination. The role includes participation in a residency program, with essential functions such as assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.

• Education: Diploma, Associate Degree, or BSN required.
• License: RN License required.
• Experience: Entry through the NLRN Residency Program; less than one year of experience.
