Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor

Job Description

Position Summary:
The RN Supervisor coordinates patient care and services, promoting quality through collaboration with patients and families while adhering to laws and standards.

Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements:
* Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing
* Active RN license in good standing
* Two years of nursing experience, preferably in geriatrics
* CPR certification required.

Specific Job Requirements:
* Expert knowledge in nursing
* Ability to make independent decisions
* Familiarity with post-acute care regulations
* Maintain confidentiality and professional relationships.

Essential Functions:
* Manage and coordinate patient care
* Evaluate quality of care
* Direct staff in patient care priorities
* Develop care plans and assist in patient evacuation
* Exhibit excellent customer service and teamwork.
