We are seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing/Facility Educator in Brookline, MA, responsible for supporting the Director of Nursing (DON) in managing the nursing department and maintaining quality care standards. Key duties include:

  • Consulting with medical staff and department heads on nursing services.
  • Applying OBRA Regulations and adult learning principles.
  • Assisting in regulatory compliance and communication strategies.
  • Promoting positive employee relations and ongoing staff education.
  • Identifying and mentoring employees for leadership roles.

    • Requirements include a minimum of one year in long-term or acute care, two years of nursing supervisory experience, RN licensure, and a preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
