Nurse Practitioner for In-home Visits

Job Description

We are seeking board-certified nurse practitioner contractors to conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members.

• Flexible hours with shifts available Monday to Sunday (no nights/weekends required).
• Earn between $2,500 to $4,000 weekly, with a base rate of $80 per completed assessment and potential for increased rates.
• Independent contractor status with malpractice coverage and availability incentives.
• Responsibilities include medication and medical history reviews, and physical evaluations in patients’ homes.
• Must have a state license and be willing to travel (50% preferred).

Job types include full-time, part-time, and temporary positions, with a minimum of 10 hours expected per week. A Master’s degree is required, and a Missouri Nurse Practitioner License is preferred.
