We are seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) and Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team at Benchmark at Woburn. Full-time positions are available for Day and Evening shifts, as well as Per Diem roles across all shifts. In this role, you will provide nursing care in a warm, home-like environment, working alongside a dedicated team to build lasting relationships with residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, communicate, and document residents’ health status.
  • Report significant changes in resident behavior and health.
  • Supervise and mentor Resident Care Assistants.
  • Coordinate care with community providers.
  • Prevent elder abuse and respond to emergencies.

    • Requirements:

  • Current state license as an LPN and CPR certification.
  • Graduate of an approved LPN program.
  • 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred.
  • Experience with the elderly is highly desirable.
