Fairview Health Services is seeking a Respiratory Therapist for the M Health Fairview Masonic Children’s Hospital in Minneapolis, MN, offering a $20,000 sign-on bonus for candidates with 2+ years of Neonatal/Pediatric experience, or $13,500 for those without. The role involves providing diagnostic and therapeutic services, following treatment protocols, and ensuring patient safety across various age groups. The position is 0.9 FTE, with 12-hour night shifts and a rotation for every third weekend, including shift differentials. Candidates must have an Associate’s Degree in Respiratory Care, a Minnesota Respiratory Therapist License, and BLS certification. A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
