Responsibilities include:

• Performing evaluations and developing treatment plans
• Re-assessing treatment effectiveness and attending meetings
• Communicating patient progress to the treatment team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
• Current, unrestricted PT license
• Basic Life Support certification
• Preferred one year of experience

Salary Range: USD $89,440.00 – $95,680.00 / Year
