We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide nursing care in a warm, home-like environment. You will work with a dedicated team, fostering long-lasting relationships with residents and associates.
Responsibilities:
Assess, communicate, and document residents’ health status.
Report significant changes in resident behavior and health.
Supervise and mentor Resident Care Assistants.
Coordinate care with community providers.
Prevent elder abuse and respond to emergencies.
Requirements:
Current RN license and CPR certification.
Graduate of an approved RN program.
1-2 years of nursing experience preferred.
Experience with the elderly is desirable.
