Join a leading multi-disciplinary rehabilitation organization in North Carolina as a BCBA, providing comprehensive pediatric services. You will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and oversee ABA therapy implementation by Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
  • North Carolina BCBA license and BACB certification (or obtain within 30 days)
  • Manage up to 4 remote BCBAs and train up to 48 RBTs
  • Strong patient assessment and documentation skills
