We are seeking a skilled Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team, offering a salary of $80,000 – $95,000 annually, depending on experience, along with relocation assistance. The role involves conducting patient evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, implementing therapeutic interventions, and maintaining accurate documentation using Raintree. Candidates should have a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree and current state licensure. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, CEU reimbursement, and a 401(k) plan.
