Granite Rehabilitation and Wellness is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) with a $10,000 sign-on bonus. The RN will manage nursing care for residents, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Essential Functions:

• Supervise nursing care to residents
• Comply with state and federal regulations
• Collaborate with healthcare team members

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school
• Current state licensure
• Knowledge of nursing processes for geriatric and long-term care
