Job Description

Position Overview: Seeking nurses for home care services for children and young adults (birth to 30+ years) with medical technologies (g-tube, trach, ventilator). Flexible hours available, including full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts. A sign-on bonus of up to $2,500 is offered.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and revising care plans
• Provide nursing care per physician’s treatment plan
• Monitor and document patient conditions
• Educate clients and families on care plans
• Participate in staff meetings and training

Requirements:

• Active LPN or RN License
• Problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Positive, professional attitude
