The Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive nursing care in an acute care setting, ensuring safe, compassionate, and evidence-based care tailored to individual patient needs. Candidates must be licensed RNs in their state, with a BSN preferred and at least one year of experience, or less if transitioning from a residency program. Key responsibilities include assessing and coordinating patient care, advocating for ethical practices, facilitating learning, ensuring safety and quality, engaging in professional development, and demonstrating leadership within the healthcare team. Proficiency in IT and strong interpersonal skills are essential. The position offers a pay range of $31.00 – $41.84 per hour and various benefits.
