Job Description

An exciting opportunity exists for a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to provide home-based therapy services in the specified treatment area. This position can be full-time, part-time, or PRN, and requires a current Texas license in Speech Language Pathology.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations and developing treatment plans.
• Creating home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Collaborating with healthcare providers.
• Maintaining patient documentation and meeting agency standards.

Qualifications:

• Active Texas license.
• Reliability and flexibility in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in workplace technology.

Preferred:

• 3+ years of pediatric experience.
• Home-health experience and feeding therapy certifications.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
