Key responsibilities include assessing patients’ therapeutic needs, developing care plans, instructing patients and caregivers, and maintaining communication with healthcare teams. The position requires a degree in physical therapy, a valid state license, and two years of clinical experience. Strong communication skills and computer proficiency are essential. The job may involve travel, and CPR certification is required for outpatient roles.
