We are seeking a dedicated RN Unit Manager for a 140-bed Skilled Nursing Facility in the Catskill Mountains, focusing on high-quality resident care. Weekend availability is preferred.

Responsibilities:
Manage nursing units and staff
Provide compassionate resident care
Plan and oversee patient care
Ensure customer satisfaction
Orient clinical staff
Implement policies and nursing standards
Qualifications:
Current RN license in NY
RN experience in LTC required
1 year of LTC/SNF supervisory experience preferred
Full-time Day position (Monday – Friday) with weekend on-call rotation required. On-call bonus available.
