Staff Nurse I, Operating Room (Lexington/Needham)

Job Description

This Staff Nurse position involves:

• Providing perioperative care in circulating and scrub roles within an ambulatory surgery setting.
• Administering nurse sedation and managing preoperative and postoperative care for Adult Endoscopy procedures.
• Offering clinical support and resources.
• Collaborating in a family-centered perioperative environment.

Work schedule is 40 hours per week. Qualifications include:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a valid MA nursing license.
• At least 1 year of OR experience; pediatric experience is preferred.

This role will begin in BCH Lexington and transition to BCH Needham upon the completion of the new ambulatory care building, expected to open in late 2025.
