Job Description

We are seeking Registered Nurses to provide skilled nursing care in a 1:1 home setting for pediatric and adult patients in Concord and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:

• Implement nursing care plans
• Initiate preventive and rehabilitative procedures
• Educate patients and families on care needs
• Maintain patient records and update care plans
• Administer medications and treatments

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN

Pay: $34.00 – $42.00 per hour

License Required: RN License
