A Pediatric Therapy Center is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their collaborative team in Manhattan, KS. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping children reach their full potential and possess strong interpersonal skills for effective communication across disciplines. Responsibilities include administering behavioral assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, supervising staff, and participating in multidisciplinary meetings. Candidates should have a Master’s degree in Applied Behavioral Science, current BCBA certification, and preferably experience with pediatric populations.
