We are seeking a Physical Therapist in New Milford, NJ, responsible for providing high-quality care to patients. Key duties include:
Greeting customers warmly and creating a positive first impression.
Managing a patient caseload with expertise in functional disorders, including ADL deficits and balance issues.
Conducting assessments, treatments, and interventions for performance dysfunction and pain control.
Consulting with patients, families, and caregivers regarding treatment plans.
Documenting care plans and maintaining patient records per agency policy.
Qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy, current state certification, and 3+ years of experience in Home Health, Acute Care, or Rehabilitation settings.
