Job Description

We are seeking a Provisional Dietitian Licensee for the Adult Hospital at the Main Campus in Jackson. This full-time position involves assessing the nutritional status of patients with complex medical conditions, developing and implementing nutrition care plans, and providing education to patients and healthcare team members. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Food, Nutrition, and Dietetics and complete a Dietetic Internship. A provisional license is required by the hire date, with the RD credential to be obtained within six months. The role includes monitoring patient progress, documenting care, and participating in clinical nutrition research.
