Primary Care Counselor/Therapist – Petersburg

Job Description

As a Primary Care Counselor/Therapist, you will provide compassionate mental health support to adults and children in an outpatient setting. Your responsibilities include:

• Delivering brief therapy sessions and conducting assessments.
• Developing personalized treatment plans and monitoring patient progress.
• Collaborating with medical staff for integrated care.
• Maintaining accurate records and adhering to best practices.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling, LPC or LSW licensure, and preferred behavioral health experience. Strong computer skills and a valid IL driver’s license are required. Flexibility for evening/weekend hours is also necessary.
