Job Description

Position: Registered Nurse (1.0 FTE, Full-time, 10-HR variable shifts, UFCW represented)

Compensation: $40.39/HR – $80.44/HR, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus (conditions apply).

Job Summary: The Staff RN provides comprehensive patient care, manages nursing resources, and collaborates with the healthcare team. Responsibilities include direct nursing care, patient assessment, education, discharge planning, and maintaining safety standards.

Requirements: Associate’s degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred), one year of acute care experience, current RN license in Washington, and BLS certification (within 180 days). Additional certifications (ACLS, PALS) required for surgery unit within 180 days.
