Position Summary: Assess resident needs, develop care plans, administer and evaluate nursing care, and supervise nursing assistants in compliance with regulations.
Qualifications:
- Current RN license and CPR certification required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in long-term care preferred but not mandatory.
