Early Intervention Occupational Therapist

Job Description

Join our Early Intervention programs, providing essential services to families with children aged birth to 3 years facing developmental delays. We offer full-time positions with a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities:

• Understand infant-toddler development and utilize a parent coaching model.
• Participate in assessments, child and parent groups, and home visits.
• Provide home-based services and collaborate with community providers.
• Coordinate service plans for assigned caseloads.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy and current licensure in Massachusetts.
• Preferred two years of pediatric experience.
• Strong communication skills and computer proficiency.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
