Responsibilities:
- Understand infant-toddler development and utilize a parent coaching model.
- Participate in assessments, child and parent groups, and home visits.
- Provide home-based services and collaborate with community providers.
- Coordinate service plans for assigned caseloads.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Occupational Therapy and current licensure in Massachusetts.
- Preferred two years of pediatric experience.
- Strong communication skills and computer proficiency.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required.
