A full-time 2nd shift nurse is needed to oversee nursing measures, care planning, and communication with residents and healthcare teams.
Essential Duties include:
Assisting in resident assessments and care interventions Delivering medications accurately Communicating with healthcare providers Maintaining open communication with residents and families Documenting care progress Providing education to residents and families Participating in continuing education Other assigned dutiesQualifications:
Graduate of an accredited nursing school Active Illinois Nursing License (LPN or RN) Shifts from 2:45pm or 3:00pm to 11:30pm, including weekends and holidaysPhysical demands include walking, standing, and lifting up to 75lbs. Sign-on bonuses available for new hires.
