Job Description

Seeking 1099 Independent Contractors – Nurse Practitioners (NP-C) for UAS Assessments across NYS.

• Pay: $95.00 per hour
• Schedule: Flexible
• Role: Conduct face-to-face assessments, review consumer assessments for long-term care, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Requirements: Current NY State NP licensure, 2+ years of experience, strong communication skills, and computer literacy.
