Clinical Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking a Clinical Services Supervisor (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) to lead our team in providing evidence-based mental health and substance use disorder services at our inpatient facility in Monterey. This full-time position (Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm) offers competitive pay, benefits, and a supportive work environment.

Essential Functions:

• Oversee staff, including training, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy.
• Monitor client progress and participate in treatment planning.
• Maintain compliance with legal standards and confidentiality.
• Evaluate unit activities and recommend program improvements.

Qualifications:

• Licensed mental health professional (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC).
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in drug and alcohol counseling.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
