Registered Nurse, Webster House

Job Description

We are looking for two full-time Registered Nurses (RNs) to work at our Webster House Group Home, with one position on 3rd shift (7:30pm-7:30am) and the other on 1st/2nd shift (7:30am-7:30pm), both requiring weekend availability.

The Webster House serves youth aged 12-21 with behavioral health and complex physical health needs, providing individualized treatment from a multi-disciplinary team. Treatment services include:

• Weekly individual and family therapy
• Medical group sessions
• Daily medical assessments
• Coordination of care

RNs will manage medical care, maintain records, and act as a liaison with medical professionals. Candidates must have a current CT RN license, 2-4 years of experience in social services, and certifications in CPR/First Aid and Therapeutic Crisis Intervention.
