Certified Athletic Trainer

Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) to join our team, offering a collaborative work environment and a comprehensive benefits package, including a $5,000 sign-on bonus for qualified new hires.

Position Summary:

• 50% of time providing athletic training services at contracted schools and events.
• 50% coordinating care for clinic patients under physician supervision, focusing on Durable Medical Equipment (DME).

Primary Functions:

• Deliver emergency care, prevention, assessment, and rehabilitation to athletes.
• Maintain communication with athletes, coaches, and medical teams.
• Assist with DME management and training of clinical staff.

Requirements:

• NATABOC certification and valid Virginia licensure.
• 3+ years of experience with elite athletes.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.

Flexibility for nights and weekends is necessary.
