LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN) – UP TO $3K SIGN ON BONUS

Fairview Commons Nursing & Rehabilitation Center has served the Great Barrington community for over 40 years, providing short-term rehabilitation and long-term skilled nursing care.

Essential Job Functions:

• Provide basic nursing care and document patient status.
• Communicate with RNs and physicians about patient needs.
• Administer medications and handle emergency situations.
• Perform administrative duties and ensure safety protocols are followed.

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time, Per Diem
Salary Range: $35.00 – $39.04 per hour (based on experience)
Education: Preferred Associate’s degree in Nursing or related field
Licenses & Certifications: Required Licensed Practical Nurse
