Responsibilities:

• Provide resident-centered care and assist with ADLs
• Monitor and report resident conditions
• Ensure safety for residents and staff
• Respond promptly to call lights
• Collaborate with team members

Requirements:

• Must be a Certified Nursing Aide in good standing
• Complete 12 hours of in-service education annually
• Maintain regular attendance
