We are seeking a full-time Admissions Registered Nurse to join our team, serving San Joaquin, Merced, and Stanislaus Counties. This role involves guiding patients and families through the hospice assessment and admissions processes, providing comfort and support to terminally ill patients. Candidates should be compassionate registered nurses with at least one year of nursing experience, preferably in hospice or home health. Key responsibilities include conducting assessments, collaborating with the care team, administering medication, and offering emotional support to patients and families.

• CA Registered Nurse license
