Job Description

Immediate openings for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in San Fernando Valley, CA, offering $35.00 – $42.00 per hour. Earn $250+ for each referral hire.

Position Overview: COTAs assist Licensed Occupational Therapists (OTRs) in delivering therapy services to children in home/community settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement treatment plans and assess client progress.
• Provide hands-on therapy for daily living activities.
• Document client progress and maintain confidentiality.
• Educate caregivers and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

Skills and Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited COTA program with California licensure.
• 2+ years of experience with children (ages 0-5) preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation and auto insurance required.

Working Conditions: Travel to clients and perform physical tasks in varied home settings.

Limitations: COTAs require OTR supervision for treatment plan modifications and client discharge.
