> REF:#97503df4a45030adPosition Summary: The Registered Nurse in the Float Pool provides quality nursing care by utilizing the nursing process and collaborating with the healthcare team. This role involves working across various hospital units, promoting patient-centered care, and adhering to professional standards and hospital policies.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs (physical, psychosocial, educational).
- Plan and implement nursing care tailored to patients and families.
- Make interventions based on individual patient requirements.
- Evaluate patient responses to care.
- Ensure quality patient care and professional development.
Requirements:
- Associate Degree in Nursing.
- Current Michigan RN license.
- BLS certification.
- ACLS certification (preferred).
- 1 year of Cardiac Stepdown or ER/ICU experience.
Job Type: Full-time, 72 bi-weekly hours, 7p-7:30a.
Pay: $34.47 – $49.79 per hour.
