We are looking for a skilled Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team, offering a salary of $90,000 – $105,000 annually based on experience. The role involves:

• Conducting patient evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans.
• Implementing therapeutic interventions and maintaining accurate documentation using Raintree.
• Educating patients and families on rehabilitation and preventative care.
• Monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Engaging in professional development through continuing education.
