Position Summary: The role involves providing high-quality nursing care to assigned patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), while collaborating with healthcare team members. Continuous education and skill development are essential.

Education, License & Cert: Candidates must be a licensed LPN in Pennsylvania and complete IV therapy curriculum requirements.

Essential Functions:

  • Collaborate with RNs and communicate patient observations.
  • Assist in patient data collection and care planning.
  • Demonstrate nursing skills within the scope of practice.
  • Document patient conditions accurately.
  • Engage in lifelong learning and performance improvement.

    • Other Duties: Maintain a clean work environment and assist colleagues as needed.

    Job Type: Full-time, with a pay range of $24.50 – $38.23 per hour and various benefits.
