RN – Nursing Supervisor

Job Description

Salary: $37.40 – $50.63/hour with RN sign-on bonuses of $15,000 (Full Time) and $7,500 (Part Time).

We are seeking compassionate and experienced Registered Nurses for Full Time & Part Time RN Nursing Supervisor roles. Located in a scenic woodland setting in North Creek, NY, this position offers a supportive environment and opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise nursing care and staff on all units.
• Respond to residents’ requests promptly.
• Promote facility safety programs.
• May act as Infection Preventionist Nurse.

Qualifications:

• State RN license and current registration.
• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience, with 1 year in a leadership role.
• Interest in geriatrics and current BLS/CPR certification.
