We are seeking a Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our team in the King George / Colonial Beach or Ruther Glen area. This role involves providing direct patient care and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to enhance patient and family experiences.

• Responsibilities include delivering physical therapy as directed, assisting with therapeutic exercises, and utilizing physical agents.
• Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited PTA program, current state licensure, and 1+ year of PTA experience; home health experience preferred.
