Director of Nursing RN

Job Description

The Director of Nursing (RN) is responsible for managing the nursing program to ensure high-quality care at the facility. Key qualifications include a BSN (preferred), a valid RN license, CPR certification, and three years of relevant supervisory experience.

Job functions include:

• Guiding nursing staff development and ensuring adherence to clinical protocols.
• Managing staffing schedules and budgets.
• Conducting interviews, evaluations, and resolving concerns.
• Participating in recruitment and retention programs.
• Assuming responsibilities in the absence of the Administrator.

Strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to motivate staff are essential.
