Job Description

Join a dynamic team as a Certified Medical Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse in the EP Cardiology Department in Des Moines, Iowa. This full-time position offers a Monday to Friday schedule from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, with weekly travel to a satellite clinic. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available for external candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and prepare patients for visits, recording vital signs and medical histories.
• Prepare charts and manage prescription refills.
• Apply Holter monitors and handle incoming/outgoing communications.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant or LPN program.
• One year of cardiology experience preferred.
• Current CMA certification or Iowa LPN licensure, along with BLS and Mandatory Reporter certification.
