> REF:#8e3b0e956d539be4We are seeking an In-House Speech/Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. The SLP will assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with communication disorders, including speech impairments, language delays, and swallowing difficulties. Key responsibilities include:
- Evaluating residents to determine specific communication needs.
- Providing therapy and intervention services tailored to individual goals.
- Working with clients recovering from strokes or neurological disorders.
- Implementing augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems.
- Staying updated on best practices through continuing education.
