Master’s level Clinical Manager

Job Description

Location: Worcester, MA – Behavioral Health Partners MetroWest

Pay Rate: $70,000-$75,000 annually

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm (early mornings required)

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree with first level license or relevant experience
• Strong communication, collaboration, and customer service skills
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Proficient in Windows OS and Office Suite
• Valid driver’s license and access to an insured vehicle

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team to improve care quality
• Supervise care coordinators for MassHealth members
• Work within a multidisciplinary team for client care coordination
• Support care coordinators in client advocacy
• Develop and update person-centered treatment plans
• Conduct weekly supervision with care coordinators
• Ensure compliance with policies and training
